Mission:

To provide a learning environment that helps the students to enhance problem solving skills, be successful in their professional lives and to prepare students to be lifelong learner by offering solid theoretical & practical foundation in various discipline of biochemistry and educating them about their professional and ethical responsibilities.


General outcome:

To make the students understand the scientific basis of the life processs at the molecular level and to orient them towards the application of the knowledge acquired in solving clinical problems.

1. Demonstrate understanding of

a. Biochemical and molecular process involved in health and disease.

b. Importance of nutrition and health and disease.

c. Basis and rationale of biochemistry laboratory tests.

Demonstrate the ability to interpret the laboratory investigation results in clinical context.
